I dealt with Ms. Smith for years and was quite happy with her. In 2015, I am not sure what happened. All I can come up with is she became too big and didn't care about the little guy anymore. She employed other people and assigned one of them to do our taxes. Violet was supposed to go over it before filing but obviously she didn't. As I found out the only thing filed only included our earnings. No deductions were included. When I called her to discuss this problem with her she "threw me under the bus". She tried to put 100% of the blame on me. I was and still am upset and hurt that she would do this to me. 6 years later I am still trying to get this resolved and have made myself sick trying. I never thought she would do something like she did. I have tried dealing with this on my own as Violet didn't care to help me with it, to no avail. I have no words to explain how I feel anymore. All I do know is I feel she got too big and didn't care about the little guy anymore. She had too much on her plate to care about what happened to me. In a short...as the saying goes..."buyer beware".
