David Reichman is probably the rudest most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. Being in his office while he calls customer support for help with the program he uses is horrendous. He treats those poor customer service reps like dirt beneath his feet. Truly an awful person to be around. I will never go back to him ever again. I hope that the company that owns the product he uses bans him from using their program for the way he talks to the support personnel. If it wasn’t for them you wouldn’t have any help at all during tax season. Learn to be respectful of others they are doing the best they can. I would leave 0 stars but it won’t allow me.
