I have not heard from Kristie in a few months. I have yet to get my taxes back from her and she still has our 2020 taxes. I’ve tried calling and emailing and she does not respond to my mother, nor I. I am writing this review in hopes that someone will see it and she will contact us back and give us our documents. From years past, she was great. But with no contact now, what are we to think?
