Garland Anderson

We met with Mr. Andersen in late March. I understand that tax season crunch was approaching, but he seemed to be in a bad mood, and I remarked to my wife that he seemed annoyed to be getting our business. More than 8 weeks have passed since then. It is now Friday, May 26th. I was told over a month ago that my return had been sent for review to Mr. Garland, who is Mr. Andersen's partner in the firm of Garland & Andersen. When I called this Monday, I was told that Mr. Garland had said that he would review all of the returns by the end of this week (that is, today). When I called this morning, I was told that my return was with Mr. Andersen, who was out of town and would not return until Monday. I will never use this firm again, and regret my decision to entrust them with my tax preparation.
