Daniel Dundon - Tax Advisor

Beware!! I gave Daniel my tax information at the end of Jan. He said it would be completed in 2 months (end of March). I followup up in April since they were not done. He emailed saying he was filing extensions and needed another week. I kept following up weekly but he was slow to respond with no information. By the end of June, he was still not done and non-responsive. I kept following up and got nervous. I brought my taxes to a new accountant who filed by the extension deadline. I just received bills for late fees, penalties and interest because Daniel never filed extensions even though he told me over email in writing that he did. I now owe over $4,000 because of this error. I have emailed and called countless times and he will not respond. I am retaining an attorney to hopefully recoup these fees. This has been a nightmare and I want to alert people of this.
