Donna has helped my small business with our taxes, bookkeeping and Quick Books Online at a fair fee and always with a great attitude. Donna has also helped with elder family issues, sorting that out on the taxes and helping with guidance on business ideas we have had. She knows her stuff and is a great person as well!

If I could rate 0 stars, it would still be too much. She failed to epic proportions during an IRS Revenue Audit. After hours and hours I was billed for, she failed to reconcile properly to Revenue Reported. The IRS expressed dissatisfaction with the information she provided to him as well. A junior accountant prepared an excel worksheet with many less man-hours and a much higher degree of accuracy. My audit was approved and the agent even gave me credits that I failed to take from a prior year.

Expedient & knowledgeable in all areas of tax preparation. She continues to make my small business “less taxing” and a pleasure to work with.
