I worked with Jean and had her do my taxes for almost two years. She did a terrible job filing them, as my current tax preparer has informed me of options that save me money where as she never even mentioned them. She was often rude and short as well. At one point she even told me to 'get another job', which was extremely offensive as I own and operate a now successful small business. I would avoid this place at all costs, even as a small business you'd be better off at an h&r block.
