Enrolled Agents are licensed to represent taxpayers at the Exams more commonly known as Audits Appeals, and Conference divisions of the Internal Revenue Service and are the only tax professional whose credentials come directly from the IRS. For this reason, we believe that your needs are best served by hiring an Enrolled Agent for your tax preparation and representation needs. We believe that in educating ourselves we can offer the best service to meet your tax and financial needs. We spend many hours per year learning, collaborating with other professionals within and outside our field and actively working cases with the Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities. As a part of our collaborative efforts we maintain an active role in our local, state and national professional organizations, High Country Chapter of Enrolled Agents, AZSEA and NAEA. Our involvement at all levels of NAEA supports our efforts to seek fairness in taxation, educate our members and network with other committed professionals in our field. This allow us to collaborate with other professionals to resolve taxpayer issues when it's in the best interest of our clients. In an effort to not only educate our own clients but our community at large as well, we have teamed up with local business support groups, including the Small Business Development Center. We work to build relationships with other professionals in our local and national communities to make referrals as needed. Our network of professionals includes to meet the needs of clients that are forming estates, businesses, or have bankruptcy or divorce issues.

Brief background: we previously went to a high ranking corporately esteemed place the year before meeting with Jeff & his team. That place was overpriced, slow, & didn't get us as good of returns as I had gotten for us by myself in previously similar financial situations. So, the following year there was no way we were returning there & were absolutely blown away with the difference here! So efficient at getting taxes done, they expertly answered questions without hesitation or delay. They also have other offerings like retirement planning, etc. They saved us both money & stress! Both of which are so appreciated during tax season. So thankful for this great team of professionals taking care of us now & we're here to stay. Jeff & team are trustworthy/knowledgeable, & I suggest this place without hesitation. Bonus: they can be sarcastic if they know you're down for it. For me personally that adds a comforting atmosphere. :) They have a healthy sense of humor anyhow which is important in staying focused during a hectic tax season.

Never follows through, called 4 times this week. Mistake was made by this individual on 2015 taxes, tried to say someone stole tax identification. We have tried to resolve this but this professional form producer person is a procrastinator of the first order. Do yourself a favor and go to a reputable tax preparer or a CPA. I know I will

Never go to these people. Twice I gave all my paperwork to Jeff Agustine and the guy did nothing.. No joke, nothing. The first time he put off doing my taxes to the last minute then gave my case to another accountant that I am still with to this day (she left the firm and now operates her own office). The second time my father passed away and I was the executor of his will, Jeff had ONE paper he had to process that he said would take two weeks. Three months later after leaving messages and no word back, I stormed into his office only to find the guy wasn't there on a monday (or any day it would seem) and got the file (that nobody could find that day) sent to me the next day so I could bring it to another accountant a few days later. Well, this is the same day that I got the settlement check and thanks to the lying blithering idiot Jeff Augustine I have to put everything off for a bit.
