Not sure how it works with the two ABS offices in the same mall. I used the one by the bunny store. The lady who helped me was fast, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. She's been there for several years, and I'm sure I'll be returning next year!

No thank you! This franchise fraudulently decreased my annual income to increase my tax return amount without my amount which caused me to get audited by IRS. Stay away from company. All location. When I contacted corporate office regarding what happened- district manager Shane told me to "Take Refund and shove it up my a**". This is a disgusting company full of scammers.
