Vincent E Noot

I had trouble with Amazon. So I created an S-Corp. I had no idea what I was doing. I was desperate at the time. I didn't know I had to file it in some way. Jeffery showed a lot of professional work at first, but wasn't capable of handling the late fees. Every time, he said to postpone it a month, sometimes because he was busy or because the IRS would be okay with delaying it. I filled out all the forms that were required. I was trying to get it over with. Months later, I get a 2400 charge from the IRS for not handling it on time. Instead of just handling it professionally, Jeffery wrote, What more do you want me to do? Camp out in front of their offices and wait for them to open? At this point, I will help you get this last part resolved but I will no longer be able to be your accountant. You are the one that set up the S-Corp without my knowledge and have just expected me to fix everything with no IRS resources available to me to do so. I am not a magician and I am not interested in being criticized for something I have no control over. Not so professional anymore. And yes, he also sent me an invoice of $380 after not indicating he would charge us for quarterly reports, filed the solar panel tax deduction wrong, and there have been so many confusions and miscommunications. It's unbelievable how much frustration, money, and wasted time this guy has cost me. If you want someone who crunches the numbers instead of responding in an emotional way after you pay him 620, then look elsewhere.
