Tony is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and patient. He explains everything thoroughly and helps us when we fall behind in our accounting and tax chores. Thank you for all your help over the years, we couldn't do it without him! I did Turbo tax for many years and missed many opportunities. I tried another non-CPA but got audited causing huge stress in the business. Get it done right the first time and use Tony

Called with an issue I had with a W2 for my employee, spoke with someone who said he would call me back after I explained my situation. Turns out, it wasnt that important to him and he never called me back. It's unfortunate as they could have made lots of money from me.

Taxwork's incompetent billing department makes me wonder whether they are doing a decent job on the filings themselves. Taxworks requires a credit charge payment before they file a return. This was done and I was billed through my credit card, yet every month for over a year (mid 2015), I receive bills marked "Past Due." I discussed the issue with the owner (Tony Adley) over the phone, through the US mail, and in person when I filed the next year's return. He admits the billing is in error and to ignore them, yet every month they continue to be sent. They are annoying and I'm concerned they will contact a collection agency, damaging my credit score. I tried contacting them by email before submitting this review, but they don't list an email address on their website. Instead, they supply a fill in form. After filling it out, I found out it was "broken" - no way to contact them by email. At that point, I decided a poor review was warranted!

Stay away at all costs! Tony was physically aggressive when I questioned him about certain details on my return. One of the worst business experiences I've ever had.

Tony Adley and his team of family members are first rate when it comes to doing the daunting task of TAXES. They make the complicated process as easy as possible, fun if you can believe that, and personal. They want to make sure that we understand all of the numbers and take the time to explain when we don't. Furthermore, Tony was able to clean up our very complicated return in 2010 so that the subsequent years have been much easier. Taxworks is the place to go if you are looking for a competent account and financial advisor.
